The RIS Retail Software LeaderBoard (commonly referred to as the “Oscars of Retail Technology”) is widely recognized as the retail industry’s most prestigious annual ranking of retail technology software vendors.
Based entirely on retailer evaluations, the RIS LeaderBoard ranks retail software vendors based on customer satisfaction across a wide range of criteria, serving as an objective guide to help retailers find the most suitable vendors and solutions they require. 99 Vendors are invited to participate and out of these 45 vendors received the minimum number of valid votes to qualify for inclusion in the analysis.

Multidev’s ChainDrive Solution once again made the top 20 list moving up a spot from 2015 to the 11th position in overall Customer Satisfaction! Multidev also landed in the top ten for these breakout categories;
- Specialty Vendor Leaders (Full Data Set) – Ranked 4th
- Specialty Vendor Leaders in Customer Satisfaction – Ranked 2nd
- Mid-Size Vendor Leader (Full Data Set) – Ranked – 7th
- Customer Satisfaction for Broad Suite Vendors – Ranked 10th

These head-to-head survey comparisons are conducted by Litchfield Research, an independent third party research company to ensure the publication’s integrity. The scores are based on three main criteria: customer satisfaction, revenue and retail concentration, all of which are fact checked for validity through an extensive research process.
