A look back on NRF Retail’s Big Show 2012
Well, how do we sum up this show in one word?
INCREDIBLE!
This year’s Big Show record breaking 25,000 attendees (the most in its 101 year history) was definitely the place to be! From Bill Clinton’s “Embracing Our Common Humanity” address to the many retail trends revealed on the EXPO Floor, the show was buzzing with optimism and excitement throughout. What an amazing positive start to the 2012 retail year!
Predictions for a positive year in retail overshadowed the reality of the slow but recovering economic rebound in the retail sector. Retailers are optimistic as the industry grew by almost 5% in the last year!
Significant focus on key issues and trends for 2012 included Cross-Channel and Inventory Management, Customer Experience, Mobile and New Emerging Global Markets.
Getting the most out of the retail business by way of technology is key to longevity and with that said; the ChainDrive Solution has the unique qualities and functionality that offers retailers exactly what they need to remain profitable in an industry that is ever evolving.
If you didn’t have a chance to meet with us at the show, or if you did but want a more in-depth look into our offering then give us a call and we’ll be glad to show you how our solution can literally transform and align your business for the future of retailing.
