During the planning stage, you provide the goals to work for and the needs to be met. Our team works with you to develop a detailed project plan to meet those goals and specific solutions to your needs. You are the customer; we know you could go somewhere else, but we want your business so we look for ways to keep it. Customizing our already excellent software does that.
Implementation is the actual execution of your project plan: testing it, training your staff, and making sure it works for the way you do business. Because it has been designed for retailers, we are confident that implementation will give your business the seamless multichannel functionality you need today.
Deployment is the transition to ChainDrive team professional services and Client Care, our guarantee of continued support. You get as much support as you need, whenever you need it. The Client Care team is trained on the specifics of your unique implementation so that you — notre client — get customized support for your retail management system.
