The messenger tool is able to access all messages for future use and reference. Search can be done by date, channel, name, content, or another feature.
Retailers can define specific channels or groups to send pertinent messages. Users can choose particular channels to find information that they need. In addition, messages can be targeted, sent to an individual or a group. Triggers can be set up so that messages are initiated automatically for actions like shipping or pickup with links to the transaction and items. With no limit to the size of message or attachments, even pictures of live transactions can be sent along with invoices, etc.
The new message/read receipt feature makes it clear who has a message, who has opened it, and who has yet to do so with an envelope icon by their name. If the envelope is still closed, the sender knows the message has not been opened yet.
